API usage restrictions

Hello,
My team and I are working on a product for which we would like to use the
annotations contained in Europe PMC, however we may need to retrieve a lot
of data.
My question is, what are the API usage restrictions (if any), e.g. in terms
of the number of calls per hour, number of documents accessed etc.
