Open source projects from Europe PMC

Dear all,

We have published a summary of our open source transition efforts: Moving to open source. All of Europe PMC open source software is available via our public-projects GitLab repository, which now contains 27 open projects. In the blog post we describe some innovative use cases that emerged as a result of our open source shift. This includes novel text-mining and machine-learning applications, as well as tools to support preprint discovery and evaluation.
