Hi,

A search query such as "FIRST_IDATE:1885-12-01" surprisingly returns a result,
although the single result found contains "firstIndexDate": "2017-08-30".

Is this some temporary glitch, a permanent glitch, or somehow an expected result?

Hi Michal,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The issue was caused by a discrepancy between the data indexed in Solr and the actual source data. This can sometimes occur when the Solr index hasn’t fully synced with recent updates. The document has been reindexed to correct the mismatch, so the search results should now be accurate.

While such out-of-sync glitches can happen for different reasons, they are not expected to occur frequently. We investigate and resolve these cases as they arise, and the results are eventually consistent.

Please check again and let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Madhu
