Unable to export results

Eight days is long and you may not be alone in this.

Since 11 August 2026 the per-article datalinks endpoint has been returning HTTP 500 after about thirty seconds, intermittently, while /search on the same host stays perfectly healthy. Different endpoint from yours, so I cannot confirm your fault. But the timing is close, and it is not the only thing that has been off in 2026: PDF rendering broke in March 2026 and again in July 2026, the FTP snapshots stalled in May 2026, the site itself went down briefly in May 2026.

So one question might cover us both, and I am putting it in a separate thread: is this part of the ongoing infrastructure work?

One thing that would help whoever picks yours up. Is it export from the website or through the API, which format, and what do you actually get - an error, a spinner, or an empty file?
