Article API returns "error": "no response from server"

Hello,

I have been trying to get the JATS XML text through the article API for PMC10394672.

Here the URL:

However, the API returns an error:

"error": "no response from server"
}

It's an open access article and I am able to get the corresponding BioC XML from NCBI.

Can someone please have a look?
