missing articles via the REST API

Hi,

I'm trying to scrape papers from the REST API however I'm running into errors on some of the files when calling fulltextxml. The articles are available on the website however.

Here a few examples for example from 2024-07-26
39040976
39040661
39040421
39040415

On this date however there are over 1000 articles that are missing. Any ideas?

command: requests.get(f'https://www.ebi.ac.uk/europepmc/webservices/rest/{ARTICLE_ID}/fullTextXML')
