Using the Europe PMC API to search for specific form of acknowledgement statements

We in the SDE network are establishing a standard acknowledgement statement that researchers who publish on projects they completed using data from the NHS Secure Data Environment Network will add to their acknowledgement

I know you support searching for grant codes and your advanced search has the ability to search article sections including the acknowledgements section

If we have a standard verbiage for researchers to use and a standard identifier for SDE network projects, could we use your API to automate searching for articles which acknowledge their use of the data sourced by the SDE network

Hi Laura, 

Apologies for replying late. Yes you can use our APIs it is publicly available.

Currently we apply some throttling of 10 requests per second and 500 requests per minute. As long as this is considered in your automation workflow it should be fine.
