Hello Teaching Geophysics Interest Group

A few items of interest:

1.     Starting Oct 1, EarthScope was awarded the running of the new NSF National Geophysics Facility. So our work related to geophysics education and workforce development will be expanding over the coming years.

2.     Now is a great time to request instruments for next term - guidance on the Geophysics Field Education page — see the purple show-hide text midway down the screen (for US institutions) 

3.     How To videos - showcasing geophysics field equipment set-up added a couple more videos

4.     As always, teaching resources are available from GEophyiscs Tools for Societal Issues (GETSI) for you start planning for next term.
