NTRIP caster upgrade is complete

As announced on July 31, we've completed the upgrade to our realtime GNSS/NTRIP caster. As of today, ntrip.earthscope.org is now served by the new caster — if you were already connecting to that hostname, no action is required on your part.
A reminder of what's new:

- A web dashboard for checking caster health, stream availability, and your own license/seat usage.
- Encrypted (TLS) connections available on port 1000 higher than your usual port (e.g. RTCM 3.3: 2101 → 3101, BINEX: 2105 → 3105, Onboard PPP: 2108 → 3108), in addition to the existing unencrypted ports.
- Improved performance handling concurrent client connections.
- A rate limit on repeated sourcetable requests — if you're still on NTRIP v1, please consider moving to v2 (see our website for technical details).

If you connect directly to an IP address instead of the hostname, the previous caster's IP address will remain reachable for a short transition window — through August 12 — after which it will be permanently retired. Please update any hardcoded IP addresses or configuration to use the ntrip.earthscope.org hostname before then, so you're not affected when the old address is removed.
