The Asian School of the Environment and Earth Observatory of Singapore at NTU in Singapore would like to appoint several accomplished and visionary scientists as
Assistant (Tenure Track) or Associate Professors (Tenure Track or Tenured) in Active Tectonics and Earthquake Hazards. (Full Professor positions may also be considered for exceptional candidates.)
We welcome applicants with research interests including but not limited to observational, computational, and theoretical seismology (e.g., wave physics, earthquake source processes, and imaging of the Earth’s crust and mantle), exploration seismology (seismic
reflection and refraction), earthquake geology, rock mechanics, and seismic hazard analysis and risk modeling.
The Search Committee will begin reviewing applications on 27 April 2026, and will continue until the positions are filled.
