Dear colleagues,

Do you want to work on societal relevant topics such as induced seismicity, seismic hazard, nuclear tests and volcano monitoring with a divers team of enthusiastic professionals? Please, consider applying for the position of researcher in seismology with the R&D Dept. of Seismology and Acoustics at KNMI, the Netherlands. We work with data from our national, regional and global monitoring networks. Such data contributes to our 24/7 monitoring tasks in alerting for geophysical sources. As a researcher, you will contribute to characterizing sources, understanding propagation and assessing the impact. This contributes to our operations and product innovation, i.e., research-to-operations. You will publish your findings and work with our agile team to operationalize them into new products and our 24/7 monitoring chains. We have a great team of researchers and developers, working together in a respectful and joyful manner. Feel free to reach out for more information.
