Postdoctoral Positions in Geodynamics/Geophysics at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), Shenzhen, China. The candidates will work with Professor Mian Liu on global geodynamics and lithospheric tectonics. The candidate may work in any of the fields using numerical modeling that integrates with geophysical and geological observations, including but not limited to the following: (1) lithospheric deformation and magmatism; (2) East Asia tectonics; (3) active tectonics, faulting, and earthquakes; (4) Archean and planetary tectonics. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in geodynamics, geophysics, geodesy, or a related field by the time of hire. The successful applicant should have experience with high-performance computing.
