Our research group focuses on:
1. Developing and applying advanced seismic imaging
techniques to investigate Earth’s physical properties and tectonic
evolution.
2. Monitoring crustal responses to environmental
changes such as groundwater fluctuations, ice sheet melting, and other
dynamic surface processes.
The selected candidate will contribute to
projects involving continental-scale seismic tomography of crustal and
mantle structures, as well as active and passive source monitoring
of environmental processes.
Qualifications:
●A Ph.D. in Seismology, Geophysics, or a closely
related field (must be awarded by the time of appointment).
●Experience in seismic modeling and imaging (e.g.,
full waveform inversion), ambient noise analysis, or related techniques.
●Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC)
environments is highly desirable.
Appointment Details:
The initial appointment is for two years, with the possibility of
renewal based on performance.
Application Materials:
●Curriculum Vitae, including a list of
publications
●Statement of research interests
●Contact information for three
