Applications are still open for our
Judith McKenzie Visiting Early Career Researcher Fellowship. The fellowship supports
female PhD students and early-career postdoctoral researchers in developing international collaborations, expanding their research networks, and contributing to a more inclusive scientific community through a research visit at the
Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at ETH Zurich (D-EAPS).
Selected fellows will spend 2–6 months at a research group within the department, receiving a monthly stipend, access to world-class analytical facilities, and the opportunity to work closely within and between leading research groups.

Interested applicants should submit:
- a letter of support from the host professor at ETH that outlines what the fellow will bring to the department.
- a 2-page CV that includes the scientific age (in months) since the start of the PhD. Candidates who have completed their PhD should report the number of months elapsed since the PhD degree. Interruptions can be mentioned.
- a short motivation letter (max. 2 pages) that includes a plain language summary, outlines the research plan and how the fellowship will benefit the scientific career of the applicant. An indication should be given of the requested duration of the fellowship and a timeline.
- the names of three references.
