2025 NSF GAGE/SAGE Community Science Workshop -- Student/Postdoc Travel Scholarship

We are pleased to announce that we are offering travel scholarships to support students and postdocs who wish to attend the upcoming 2025 NSF GAGE/SAGE Community Science Workshop in Bloomington, Minnesota, from May 19-21, 2025.

These scholarships are available to undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs from U.S. domestic colleges and universities. If selected, the scholarship will cover up to 3 nights of lodging at the host hotel and airfare to help offset travel costs.

We are excited to announce that Registration is officially open for the 2025 NSF GAGE/SAGE Community Science Workshop! This year’s event will take place in Bloomington, Minnesota, from May 19-21, 2025, and we can't wait for you to join us. Please register HERE.

Important Deadlines:

• Registration closes on Friday, May 9th at 11:59 PM EST. Please ensure that you register before the deadline!
• Dietary restrictions: If you are registering after April 29th, we may not be able to accommodate your dietary needs, so please register as soon as possible.
• Refund policy: You can receive a 100% refund if you cancel before April 25th, 2025. After this date, we will not be able to offer any refunds.
