Deadline for submitting abstracts: March 13 (there will be no extension)
The abstract submission fee is US$34.00.
You can check the session list at https://lacsc2026.enesmorelia.unam.mx/. If you do not identify a session for your abstract, select the General session.
In order to present your work at the meeting, the speaker will need to register at the assembly (registration will open soon).
In order for us to have the program ready and for you to make your travel plans, it is very important to keep the deadline for submitting abstracts, so there will be no extension.
Grant application deadline: March 22 (there will be no extension)
If you are a student or early-career scientist (postdoc or researcher with less than 5 years of having graduated), you can request support to participate in the VI LACSC Assembly.
These grants are thanks to the support of IUGG and IASPEI.
To request the grant, it is necessary to send an abstract.
If you are a student, you must attach your student id or proof of studies.
If you are a young researcher, you must attach a letter from your institution, it may be from your postdoctoral advisor, the head of your unit or department.
In both cases, a letter of recommendation must be attached.
Applying for a scholarship does not guarantee that it will be assigned to you. The support will consist of registration for the Assembly and accommodation at the headquarters hotel in a double room.
