2026 North American SeisComP Users Group (SCUG) meeting and training

We are pleased to announce that the Oklahoma Geological Survey (OGS), in collaboration with gempa GmbH, is organizing the 2026 North American SeisComP Users Group (SCUG) meeting and training in Norman, Oklahoma, from Monday, November 9th to Wednesday, November 11th, 2026. The agenda is below:

1. Beginner SeisComP training on Monday, November 9 (9 am to 6 pm) (gempa).

2. Advanced SeisComP training on Tuesday, November 10 (9 am to 1 pm) (gempa).

3. SCUG user group meeting with presentations and discussion on needs and next steps on Tuesday, November 10 (2 pm to 6 pm) and Wednesday, November 11 (9 am to 4 pm).

Meeting Location: NOUN Hotel, Norman, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, 542 S University Blvd, Norman, OK 73069.

Cost: There are no participation fees. Participants will cover all travel, boarding, and lodging costs. Snacks and coffee will be provided.
