Dear colleagues,

The EPOS-GNSS Data Gateway (DGW) team would like to gather feedback from the geodesy and solid Earth community regarding current and future services for GNSS data access and distribution.

The DGW (*) is the pan-European federated service of the GNSS component of the European Plate Observing System (EPOS), providing access to GNSS data and metadata from multiple European data providers through a common infrastructure and portal.

Over the past months, we have been working to improve the system and its procedures within the framework of the European Geo-INQUIRE project. Your feedback is essential to help us better understand user practices, assess whether our services meet the community’s needs, and guide future developments.

The survey takes approximately 3–10 minutes to complete (between 3 and 29 questions depending on your profile) and is available here:

The survey will remain open until June 3rd, 2026 and is open to everyone — including users who have not yet used EPOS-GNSS services or data.

Please feel free to circulate this survey within your teams and communities, including to students, post-docs, and early-career researchers.

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.

Best regards,

Mathilde Vergnolle and Jean-Luc Menut for the EPOS-GNSS Data Gateway Team
