If so, we encourage you to apply to become a part of a graduate student cohort at the Earth Educators' Rendezvous, taking place from July 10-14, 2023 in Pasadena, California! The goals of the cohort are to: (1) provide an opportunity to participate in EER and receive professional development in career planning, pedagogy, and related topics; (2) bring an awareness of the value of EarthScope collaborations in geophysics science and education; and (3) cultivate a sense of belonging in the EarthScope and Geoscience Education communities.
To be eligible for support, you must be a graduate student at a US-based institution whose research relates to geoscience education, broadening participation, and/or geophysics.
Primary transportation (flight or mileage), shared hotel lodging, conference registration, and two meals will be provided for people accepted to this cohort.
