This program is intended to support:
Applicants without existing research contacts in the partner country. Students and early-career scientists interested in applying can explore the list of interested hosts on our website. Participants should reach out to this prospective host to define a project.
Applicants with an existing contact in the partner country. In this case, applicants are welcome to apply to work with that scientist/institution, regardless of whether that scientist has registered as a prospective host. Applicants should work with their host to define a project and fill out the participant application as normal.
To apply, applicants will need to submit the application through the application portal. This form will prompt applicants for a short project description and a letter of collaboration from their chosen host, along with other questions about the applicant’s career goals and background. The participant application will close on October 1st, 2025.
