We are nearly at the deadline to submit proposals for Special Interest Group (SIG) sessions at the virtual 2026 NSF NGF Community Science Conference.
SIGs, which are scheduled for June 2 at 4 PM ET, provide an opportunity for small group discussions and feedback to the facilities. Each SIG should be run by one member of the community and another from the facility—if you aren’t sure which staff member would be the best fit, we're happy to provide suggestions.
If you want to propose a SIG, please do so through the conference registration form and we’ll follow up with you from there. The deadline to submit a SIG is Friday, May 1.
