Dear colleagues,

Abstract submission is now open for the 40th General Assembly of the European Seismological Commission (ESC2026), to be held on 6–11 September 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye.

We warmly invite members of the EarthScope community to submit contributions in areas including earthquake physics, seismic networks, hazard and risk assessment, ground motion, engineering seismology, Earth structure, and data-driven approaches in seismology.
