Hello all,

Quick update on the 2026 GEARS Workshop — we’ve extended the registration deadline to June 19 to give a few more students a chance to join us in Arkansas this August.

There are a few spots remaining out of our 16-student maximum. If you or your students are considering attending, now is the time to sign up before we hit capacity!

🛠 GEARS (Generalist Electromechanics for Applied Researchers) is a hands-on, week-long workshop that builds confidence and practical skills in:

• Electronics & troubleshooting

• Sensors, solar systems, and transducers

• Mechanical prototyping & 3D printing

• Data acquisition and power systems

• And much more
