Geo-Launchpad & RESESS Applications Now Open Applications are now open for EarthScope’s 2026 Geo-Launchpad & RESESS Internship Programs—offering paid, mentored research experiences for students interested in geoscience, environmental science, and related fields. These 11-week summer internships provide hands-on research experience, professional development, and the opportunity to build technical skills while working closely with scientists and mentors.   For community college students interested in Earth science. Designed as an introductory research experience. Work collaboratively on a mentored research project. For upper-level undergraduates, including students graduating this spring. A full, independent research experience similar to a traditional research internship.
