PhD position in DAS at Ifremer

Dear colleagues,

I hope this email finds you well. This is a quick message to advertise a
DAS related PhD opportunity at the Marine Geohazards (ALMA) group at
Ifremer. The proposed project will aim to use ambient noise to image the
damage zone of a marine strike slip fault. This will entail analysing
ambient noise collected using a DAS interrogator along a cable offshore
Sicily. The successful candidate will use pre-collected datasets and
will have the opportunity to collect more during the project.
