Why in the instructions for firmware does it say to uncomment by removing the "#" instead of saying to uncomment by removing the "//"?

Hello Jason,
Thank you for pointing that out, it is indeed a mistake and you should remove only // and not # to uncomment in Marlin. We will fix that in our documentation.
