Suggested values for 2.5mm typhoon

Hi,

I started using typhoon 2.5mm and it's amazing.

Probably i still miss something because my print is not smooth enough.

Can you suggest me some parameters as layer height and shell thickness ect ect
In order to make a compaction with mine and see if i make something wrong.

Another problem is that i dont know how to set retraction values in order to do not have problem with it.
