hey guys
my bed size is 120cm / 120cm
im now using aluminum plate that attached to the heat source and on top i got 6 mm tempered glass.
the glass often cracks and when i use petg it sometime hard to deattached it.

do you have any other idea on what to use on top of the aluminum?
i heard about barbel, pei plate and g10 
its preatty hard to find g10 plates that big also pei 

any seggestions ? thanks!

I've been using geckotek surfaces with great success.
Their largest standard size is 600x600mm. So you would need 4. But being a small shop, you might be able to get larger custom sized sheets.

Depending on where you live, you can find G10 sheets up to 91x120cm on McMaster https://www.mcmaster.com/grade-g-10%2Ffr4-laminate/garolite~/multipurpose-flame-retardant-garolite-g-10-fr4-sheets-and-bars/. Really great for PETG and PLA, large prints pop off on their own when it has cooled down,

Never tried it so I can't advise here, given that nylon prints are very challenging to adhere to anything I doubt that a PA sheet can make a great adhesion surface. It could maybe work with nylon prints specifically as some materials only stick to themselves.
