Sadly, we don't have anything as of now, but we'll try switching one of our printers to Klipper and document the process. I can't give you any estimates however.

Any updates about this? We have planned to make Voron design printers adapted for your Dyzend pro, and any info about configuring them for Klipper firmware would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Please provide updates, Klipper is widely regarded as the new standard for FDM printing and produces prints with much higher quality and speed.
I have a config with the Dyzend PRO extruder and Pro 500C Hotend, but I would like to fine tune that config to a manufacturer recommended setting.

Example (my current config):
gear_ratio: 5.65:1    > what is the actual proper setting for individual gear teeth in the assembly (https://www.klipper3d.org/Rotation_Distance.html#using-a-gear_ratio)
rotation_distance: 17.308  > tested as calculated using (https://3dprintbeginner.com/rotation-distance-calculator)
microsteps: 16
full_steps_per_rotation:  200

max_extrude_only_distance: 500.0

max_extrude_only_velocity: 70.0

max_extrude_only_accel: 1000.0

You can find all the recommended settings for Klipper in our docs:

For the hotend: https://docs.dyzedesign.com/hotends.html#klipper-firmware

You will have to change the rotation distance to 31.06 for the DyzeXtruder Pro.

Hi, I just printed the parts to put the DyzeXtruder Pro on my Voron Switchwire to replace my CW1. I found that the rotation distance was ~26.5 to get 100mm of filament fed through the extruder.

The rotation distances values in our doc are the theoretical calculated values but in reality we always recommend calibrating your e-steps for each individual printer.
