Dyze Pulsar Retraction?

Hello,

Does anyone have pictures of prints done with a Pulsar on one of the smaller nozzles that shows how effective the anti-ooze function is? I'm debating swapping to the Pulsar but want to see if it's only good for vase mode/continuous extrusion or if can be used in a more typical large format printing operation with many stops and starts.

Hello Alex,

The anti-oozing function is a passive one, depending on material oozing is still inevitable at the range of nozzles sizes for the Pulsar (1 to 5mm in diameter).

Some materials ooze very little like PLA and are more suited to regular printing with stops and starts, others ooze a lot if not dried, for example PETG and nylon really need to be dried before and ideally during printing and they still ooze a lot more than PLA when dried, so it really depends on the material you want to print with to gauge if oozing would be too much or not for your purposes.
