Good morning,

After several years of using DyzEnd-Pro, we noticed an unusual noise coming from the extruder. Upon investigation, we found abnormal wear on the primary gear seat. Unfortunately, the system won't let me create a ticket.

The extruder code is 6C93E90F.

I am attaching a video.

Hi Nunzio,

Thank you for sending the pictures and video.

There are two options for resolving this:

1. Replace the Bushing: We can offer the replacement bushing, which is easy to change. You can use a screw extractor to remove the old one and press the new one into place.
2. RMA the Unit: We can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the entire unit. Some fees may apply.

Which option would you prefer?

Best regards,

Andy
