Durgabari is delighted to invite our youth to celebrate the spirit of learning at the Annual Saraswati Puja Quiz Competition! This is a wonderful opportunity for children to test their knowledge, work as a team, and win exciting awards. Event Details: 📅 Date: January 24th, 2026 ⏰ Time: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM 📍 Venue: Sur Auditorium 👥 Age Group: 8 – 16 years old Why Participate? Prizes: Awards for 1st and 2nd place teams! On Saturday, Jan 24th in the Sur Auditorium, come join us to learn about many ways to navigate through all kinds of technology and ask us questions and for hands-on tutorials! ছুটির মরসুম শেষে শীতের মিষ্টি আমেজে এসে গেলো সরস্বতী পূজা। প্রতিবারের মতো রজত জয়ন্তী বর্ষেও হিউস্টন দুর্গাবাড়ি নিয়ে আসছে একগুচ্ছ সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান। গানে গানে “সরস্বতী বন্দনা” র সঙ্গে থাকবে বাংলা স্কুলের পরিবেশনা “যেন স্বপ্ন দেখি দুয়ার খুলে”। এবারের অন্যতম আকর্ষণ গীতিনাটিকা “গল্পে গানে কোলকাতা”- আমরা ছুঁয়ে দেখব ফেলে আসা স্মৃতির শহর। সকলের জন্য রইল আন্তরিক আমন্ত্রণ। After the holiday season, it is now the time for Saraswati Puja celebration. Houston Durgabari—celebrating its Silver Jubilee year—presents a delightful array of cultural programs. The air will fill in songs of “Saraswati Bandana”, followed by the Bangla School presentation, “Jeno Swapno Dekhi Duar Khule .” The evening’s highlight will be the musical drama “Golpe Gaan-e Kolkata” where we will relive our unforgettable memories associated with Kolkata. We warmly invite you to join us at Sur auditorium in the evening of 24th January.
