Dear HDBS Community, As part of our ongoing commitment to responsibly manage and maintain our facilities, the Executive Board has completed a comprehensive review of our Rental Contract structure. After careful consideration, we will be implementing updates to our Rental pricing structure and certain Terms & Conditions, effective March 1, 2026. Please note the following important details: All existing reservations confirmed prior to March 1, 2026, will be fully honored at the previously agreed-upon rates and terms. The revised rental structure and updated contract terms will apply only to new bookings made on or after March 1, 2026. These updates are intended to better align with current operating costs, facility improvements, security enhancements, and the long-term sustainability of our infrastructure. The updated Rental Contract and rate sheet has been posted on our website.
