Dear All,

I'd like to provide an update on preparations for the DSTC 10 Workshop. The workshop will be held as two half days during the afternoon/evening of Feb 28th and March 1st 2022 (Pacific Time).

In addition to a selected set of oral presentations all accepted papers, including track overview papers, will be assigned posters in Gather Town.

AAAI is using Virtual Chair to arrange the details and a contact will reach out to the authors of each paper soon to provide poster instructions. Note there is a tight timetable with a deadline for uploads by February 8th.

Regards,

Paul Crook

Dear All,

A quick update on poster presentations at the DSTC-10 workshop.

First a reminder that all accepted papers, including track summaries, have been allocated poster slots and I encourage everyone to make us of these in order to share their work with the DSTC community.

Virtual Chair has emailed all poster authors last night with instructions (as those quoted below) plus a personalised (one per paper) link to upload your poster. Please check your email, or check with co-authors, to make sure you received the instructions and upload link. The deadline for uploading posters has been extended to Thursday 10th February.

Please reach out to me if your paper was accepted and you haven't received the quoted email.

All the best,

Paul Crook

"Your poster will be displayed and presented within the virtual venue of AAAI’22 during a workshop poster session. You can read more about how virtual posters are displayed here: www.virtualchair.net/posters

SUBMIT YOUR POSTER HERE: << personalise link - one per poster >>

The deadline to submit your poster is FEBRUARY 10TH. You are encouraged to submit your poster as early as possible to avoid congestion and to help ensure there is time to resolve any issues that might arise with your submission. Once uploaded, a file can be previewed or replaced before the deadline by using the same link. Only the most recent file received before the deadline will be used during the event. Note that only one submission is required even if this email has been sent to multiple recipients.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: All posters must be uploaded as PDF files. Posters may not exceed 1 page/side. Recommended file size: under 2MB. Posters should be horizontally oriented in 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio. Do not include any URLs or hyperlinks.

As a first step, please connect with your co-authors to help ensure that they also have received this email (i.e., that it wasn’t blocked or otherwise lost to a spam filter).

If you have any questions or issues with your submission, please reply to this email.

Please note the emails are sent from "submi...@virtualchair.net".

If you haven't seen it yet please check you spam mail/filters to see if it was accidentally caught. The email should have been sent to all authors of the paper.

Dear DSTC10 organizers,

We are the participants of the DSTC10 workshop. Since we may need some time to prepare, we would like to know the arrangement of the oral presentations. Is there any instruction?

Regards,
Vonderland

Hi Vonderland,

Since we have a large number of tracks this year the opportunities for oral presentation are some what limited. The organizers of each track should have reached out already to those who will be making oral presentations. The workshop schedule can be found here: https://dstc10.dstc.community/aaai-22-workshop

I'll followup privately (off of this group mailing list) to make sure this has happened in your case.

All the best,
Paul
