New kernel config for ti8168 systems

Hello *.*,

the kernel configuration for ti8168 based systems is now
auto-generated from defconfig (for 8148 systems). Basically, we just
disable 8148 support and the ti8148-evm board, then enable 8168
support and the ti8168-evm board. This way we only need to maintain
one kernel configuration.

Everybody with a ti8168 board please test.
