Request: Teacher/Artist/Faculty Biographies (for media materials)

Hi DAS Faculty, Teachers & Co-op Artists!  

I'm working on some Denver Art Society media materials and would love if all the faculty, teachers & co-op artists could send me three biographies about themselves (a short, medium & long version) by next Wednesday, October 26th. These bios are for things like fliers, brochures, websites & a DAS photobook. Please let me know if you need an extension. 

Here are things to include: 

 

basic information

1. name
2. website/twitter etc... 
3. types of art/music/writing you do
4. past/present art education 
5. past/present teaching experiences (if teaching)
6. biggest inspirations/influences
7. awards/honors etc...
8. favorite things about the Denver Art Society
9. how did you find out about DAS and get involved? 

* extra credit:  what's your view on art education and its role in the development of children, society & alleviating poverty?  

Again, please send me 3 versions: 

1. the concise (wow them in three sentences) version
2. the semi-superfluous medium-length version 
3. the longer, witty "you'd be a fool not to learn from me or buy my art" version
