I've shared DPAU Code of Conduct

Here is our newly-proposed Code of Conduct for the school, which will apply to members of the Underground, all Councilmembers, and all teachers, students, volunteers, and faculty at DPAU at all times.

We are still finishing these; If you have a few minutes please give this doc a look-over, add any rules you think should be added, delete any rules you think should be gone, or revise any rules you think should be changed.

The final Code of Conduct will be in effect before this Friday. Thanks all, and I hope this makes a stronger school for us all.
