I wanted to give input on the discussion/decisions regarding eliminating noise limits in downtown for music events, etc. As an owner and tax payer for a downtown property that I live in (not just rent out) I will be adversely affected by eliminating limits and time restraints for noise levels around Petco Park. I love living in downtown, but this sort of decision will hurt those who live in the area—not just go to party there! It is already too loud at night during events at Petco. I love living by the stadium but it is already way too loud with the changes (remodel) at Gallagher Square and concerts are very noisy until late. A lot of people spend so much money to live in downtown and you are making it harder for them. Things are already hard for us with costs rising and homelessness taking over our streets. PLEASE do not approve lessened restrictions you will be hurting your residents.
