With a due respect, and referencing a UC Davis publication about how noise pollution affects health, the results of this include:
-sleep disturbances
-stress hypertension
-heart disease
-chronic learning

As a resident living in close proximity to Gallagher Square and currently suffering the affects of extremely loud concerts, I urge you NOT to pass the proposal to allow the City Manager to grant exemptions to existing noise limitations.

Please consider MY HEALTH AND THE HEALTH OF MY NEIGHBORS.
