Current State of Faultline Park

Hi Downtown Planning, 

I'm an East Village resident and I've been keeping close tabs on what's going on at Faultline Park. I am very disappointed to see that no further enforcement is going to be issued against Pinnacle regarding their absolute mismanagement of Faultline Park. 

I've walked past a few days this week and it's in worse shape than ever. Homeless camping at the park, an abundance of litter left everywhere, vomit left on park benches for days, filthy gravel surrounding the dog run, the dog run's trash cans constantly overflowing, and most of the grass is dead again. Not to mention, lots of large dogs are still running off leash and lamp posts have been missing/broken for months. 

Pinnacle decides to do the bare minimum for a few weeks and your council decides to let them off the hook, again. JP Schwarz, I urge you to do another lap at Faultline to see how long those "significant" improvements have lasted. 

Please put this back on the agenda to get this resolved for East Village.
