1401 Imperial Housing Project

Hi Downtown Planning Council, 

I'm an East Village resident and I'm expressing conditional support for the Imperial Housing project but I do have concerns regarding safety and concentration of low income housing in the area. This is the third(?) planned low income development in EV and while it's great to get people into housing, we must also consider what is going to be done on the security front and if other neighborhoods are building enough affordable housing similar to EV. Will there be increased security for the area? Will no-loitering laws be enforced? What are the plans for low-income developments in other neighborhoods/districts?
