The conference will take place from 17.00 on Friday 10 July to 19.00 Sunday 12 July (all times BST). The Plenary Sessions, the Postgraduate Sessions, and the SWIP Sessions will be pre-recorded
videos that we release at the start of the conference, with speakers finding time to respond to your comments and questions over the course of the weekend.
The Open Sessions, to reflect their more informal work-in-progress feel, and the logistics of dealing with so many, will hosted on a website of the speaker’s choosing, and we will link to them from this website.
There will also be a series of events such as a live virtual
pub quiz,
a role playing game, stand-up comedy, publishing advice sessions, and more. Please see details
of the full programme
here.
The
quiz will take place on the Saturday evening (8pm). You will be able to compete on your own or as part of a team, communicating with one another through a group chat or call. If you wish
to do the latter please assemble your team and agree on your communications system in advance!
Attending the conference online is
free, and the Supplementary Volume containing symposium papers will be
free to access online
for an extended period from now until 13th July.
