The Diagrams conference series has emerged as the leading conference series on the Theory and Application of Diagrams. The conference has been held since 2000, attracting participants from a wide variety of disciplines, from all over the world.
The Steering Committee is now soliciting proposals for organizing Diagrams 2026.
We have no preferred location and all suggestions will be considered.
If you are interested in organizing Diagrams 2026, please send an initial proposal to the Steering Committee Chair at:
manalo.em...@kyoto-u.ac.jpDetails on what to include in a proposal are given at the end of this message. The committee will receive proposals until 15 March 2025. You will receive an acknowledgement of your submission.
We would expect the 2026 conference to have a General Chair overseeing the conference and a Senior Program Chair supported by one Program Chair for each track (main and special themes). Please have a look at the conference ethos for more details of the expectations for a diagrams conference:
http://www.diagrams-conference.org/ethosThere are a number of roles within the conference organizing team. If you would like to be involved, but are not in a position to put in a full proposal, we would welcome your expression of interest to the same email above.
If you have any questions at all, or if you require any help or information in order to prepare a proposal, please do not hesitate to contact me. We can communicate via email, or talk online via Zoom or Skype.
Sincerely
Emmanuel Manalo
Chair of the Diagrams Steering Committee
