[Research Survey] Forensic Investigation of AI-Driven Cybercrime

Dear All,

We invite you to participate in a short anonymous survey supporting peer-reviewed research on the Forensic Investigation of AI-Driven Cybercrime, conducted at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, under the ISEA Project.

As AI systems take on more autonomous roles, the forensic community faces new investigative challenges, deepfake-enabled fraud, data leakage by large language models, and potentially unlawful actions by autonomous AI agents. These scenarios raise open questions around jurisdiction, evidentiary standards, and the adaptation of existing forensic methods.

This study seeks perspectives from researchers, practitioners, students, and legal professionals across digital forensics, cybersecurity, AI, and law.
