Are you using AI tools in your digital forensic work and wondering how to meet the obligations under the EU AI Act? I'd like to invite you to take part in a brief survey for my PhD research at the University of Groningen and the Netherlands Forensic Institute.

What this research is about
The use of AI in digital forensics is growing rapidly, yet little research exists on how current and future applications align with European regulatory frameworks like the AI Act. My PhD project aims to bridge that gap by combining technical insights from the field with the legal requirements practitioners must follow.

Who I'm looking for
I'm seeking input from digital forensics experts, forensic tool developers, academics, and law enforcement professionals who work with AI tools and face compliance challenges.
