I hope you are doing well. I am currently looking for a motivated
candidate for a fully funded PhD position in my research group at the
University of Augsburg (Germany).

Candidate Profile
Ideally, the student has interest in one or more of the following areas:
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning in security contexts
• Digital forensics and incident response
• Cybersecurity and related applications

Position Details
• Funding: Fully funded for three years (DFG-funded), based on TV-L E13
• Start Date: Flexible to suit the candidate’s availability; ideally
between April and July 2026
• Working Language: English (German is a plus)
