Digital Forensics Challenge 2025 Begins – Join Now!

[DFC 2025]

We’re excited to announce that the Digital Forensics Challenge 2025 (DFC 2025), introduced during the DFRWS USA Lightning Talks, will officially run from August 1 to September 30, 2025.
The competition offers generous prizes, including cash awards and round-trip airfare for two participants per team to attend the workshop and awards ceremony.

Winner: ₩10,000,000 (Awarded by the president of NIS)
2nd Prize: ₩5,000,000 (Awarded by the president of NIS)
3rd Prize: ₩2,500,000 (Awarded by the president of KIISC)
Best Student Team: ₩2,000,000 (Awarded by the president of KIISC)
Best International Team: ₩3,000,000 (Awarded by the president of KIISC)

Outstanding Team (2 teams): Plaques (Awarded by the president of KIISC)

Winner: ₩5,000,000 (Awarded by the president of NIS)

Workshop & Award Ceremony
The final workshop and award ceremony will take place on November 11, 2025, at COEX Magok. 

Notably, this event will be a part of KOREA DIGITAL FORENSICS WEEK 2025, which includes DFRWS APAC 2025 and other key digital forensics events in Korea—a great opportunity to engage with the global DF community.
