Welcome to the DPCA Voting Reps Discussion Forum for the 2025 Resolutions Process. Feel free to use this space to discuss the draft resolutions and give feedback currently in the hopper for the 2025 AGM (not to the exclusion of Mighty and other forums of your choosing).

Please remember to adhere to the rules and expectations under the DPCA Code of Conduct at all times. We look forward to thoughtful and respect conversations among yourselves. Members of the Committee are here to help and ensure our rules are followed.

A wee reminder about the last 2 resolution town halls and a change in time for #5

• May 17 6am US Eastern (AP/EMEA) - RSVP Link
• NEW TIME May 18 11am US eastern (West AP /EMEA / Americas) RSVP here

Many changes and suggestions have already been made - Please review the most recent version of the resolution - before making comments on them during the Town Hall.

All comments and or edits should be submitted on or before May 19, 2025 by 23:59pm US eastern time (current WDC time) to allow the committee 2 days for final report and resolutions packet creation.

its the similar for each but the order of the resolutions' order will be different

the goal is to cover each in 3 or 4 of the TH
