LDF (re-)starting from today!

Folks, today's the start date for Vibhatha, Zaeema and Megan. After years of haphazard and incomplete focus without a full-time dedicated team, we are now starting off properly from today. Thank you guys for having faith and taking the plunge 🙏🏾. 

All the community contributors on the dev list (and the many more to come) are a key part of how we will deliver on improving democracy through digital infrastructure! Thank you to all for keeping LDF going from the start and continuing to make it real. 

My goal for LDF is to be a platform that can be used in any country. We of course will focus on data in Sri Lanka to start with but our opportunity and scope is broader.

Let's have fun changing the world!
