updating the orgchart data with new gazettes

Since we're going to be going through a lot of govt reorgs in the next few months, it would be great if we can update the data to the latest gazettes. I think we have some catching up to do .. from 2022.

@Umayanga Gunawardhana is the update process publicly documented somewhere?

Hi Sanjiva,

Yes this is documented here: https://github.com/LSFLK/GIG-Scripts/tree/master/orgchart. 

Also I have created a bash script to import all the previous data we have here in https://github.com/LSFLK/GIG-Scripts/blob/master/orgchart/import_orgchart_data.sh. Just by appending the new file to the end of the bash script we can update the new data.

Great. If anyone has time to work on this please volunteer. Or else I will work on a public call for volunteers and announce LDF (as it hasn't been announced yet).
